Opening Hours

Our opening hours are 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday except public and bank holidays and from the 24th December until the 2nd January.

We ask that all children attend a minimum of 2 days a week so to help support their transition into the nursery environment.

Due to our registration we must stress that all children are collected on time. Any late collectors will be charged at premium rates. If an emergency arose you must inform us as soon as possible so that we can inform your child.

Fees

If we can confirm a place for your child, we ask for a deposit of £500 which will be refunded to your last months invoice providing a months notice is given in termination of the place.

Fees are to be paid monthly in advance and are calculated on the basis of the nursery being open 51 weeks a year. The fees are based on an all inclusive package.

We offer a 10% discount to parents working in education, the police force and NHS. We also offer a 10% discount to parents who have 2 or more children with us.

Chiltern accepts government tax free childcare and/or childcare vouchers.
